Sandeep is responsible for the formulation of corporate strategy and management, and the development of the company’s growth and diversification plans. With more than two decades experience in senior leadership and business head roles, including CEO of Century 21 India, VP at Citigroup, COO of Café Coffee Day Group, Sandeep has developed strong entrepreneurial capabilities across a diverse range of business sectors, including real estate, financial consulting, retail finance, channel sales and management, and venture funding.

Faisal is involved in every aspect of 1OAK’s real estate operation. He utilises his vast experience complemented by a passion for creating new avenues for growth to drive on-going projects, coordinate stakeholders and identify new opportunities, taking an end-to-end approach to achieving excellence in execution. A fully qualified commercial pilot, for the last 13 years, Faisal has been focused on investing across the real estate industry and has been instrumental in building scalable real estate investment platforms and creating portfolios of development assets in the residential and hospitality segments.

Mr Abdullah Khan is responsible for formulating strategic direction and devising business development initiatives for the company, and provides professional advice and support to all departments. With more than ten years of experience in the real estate, property development and construction management, Mr Khan has been highly instrumental in consolidating and legitimizing the position of 1OAK as one of the most prominent construction brands of Lucknow. Since the outset of his career, Mr Khan successfully ventured into various business models, which facilitated him in developing strong entrepreneurial skills. The rich experience in such a young age has helped him in becoming a dynamic marketer with proven expertise in developing intensive, ambitious business strategies, short term goals, and long-term objectives.

Deepak has been an entrepreneur since 2009 and has built multiple successful businesses. As the Founder and Managing Director of 1OAK, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company’s business plan including market positioning, building asset/investment portfolio, geographic expansion, and comprehensive organisational development in line with the company’s business objectives.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Deepak has mounted leadership, marketing, sales and operational roles within the Financial Services Space. He brings two decades of experience to his investments.

An alumnus of the IBS Hyderabad, Deepak is founder of several other ventures including Greenfield Advisory – a Singapore based financial advisory firm; YMC India; Fulcrum Ventures – a RE Investment Fund; three gourmet clubs and several QSR brands.

Deepak is a fitness enthusiast and also an avid cook.

Shailendra is responsible for day-to-day operations and providing strategic direction for internal processes and systems, as well as purchase and vendor management, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. An ELCINA award winner, Shailendra brings a vast experience of in operational management and purchasing, developed over more than 30 years in leadership positions within various government undertakings.

Amritanshu is a real estate advisor and investment specialist. He advises the members of the 1OAK team on market strategy best practices, building mutually beneficial relationships and the development of roadmaps to corporate objectives. Having previously worked at several high-profile international real estate investment and advisory institutions, Amritanshu brings extensive experience in financial analysis and transactions practice.
